Change/Transformation

IT
When everything works like it should, you often don’t notice IT. That’s kind of the point - but it doesn't mean IT fades into the background. From our Service Desk and 24x7 support teams to Infrastructure and Cloud Operations specialists, we keep our systems running smoothly so colleagues can focus on helping members and one another without missing a beat.
Data Capability
Good decisions start with good data. And good data begins with well-designed platforms, analytics, and information management. Our Data Scientists, Data and Reporting specialists, and Data Governance teams deliver services that are clear, trusted, and useful. And they make sure people across our business have the right insight in the right place at the right time. Every time.
Technology Services
Big decisions need clear thinking. Our Architecture teams, Technology Business Management specialists, and Office of the CIO help shape where our technology goes next. They guide investment and direction across our wider Technology Transformation & Resilience function, to make sure that what we build today will still deliver for our members tomorrow. It’s about doing the right things in the right way.
