This role sits in our Marketing Technology function within the wider CMO team. It is a delivery-focused role, responsible for the development, management and implementation of marketing campaign. Using the Adobe Technology stack, you’ll support the creation of personalised, data-driven campaigns, as well as campaign analysis and evaluation across the Society.
You’ll work closely with the stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into effective solutions, helping to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement. The role plays an important part in supporting the objectives of the Customer Insight Team and wider Society, ensuring marketing activity is both impactful and aligned to broader business goals.

The team you will be joining, is the Marketing Technology team which has 2 Marketing Automation specialists, 1 Marketing Technology Lead, 1 Marketing Technology Change Lead and Marketing Technology Data Lead. This team is a delivery function for marketing, operational and other multi-channel communications whilst also are enablers for ensuring that our technology capabilities enable activity across the society. The role is for the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist. The role is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months with 3 days a week in the office to allow for collaboration. The hours of work are 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Making ownership of the management, development, and execution of complex marketing automation campaigns for both customers and prospects
Leveraging the Adobe technology stack to design and optimise campaign performance and automation processes
Collaborating with external partners and agencies to identify and implement improvements to campaign processes and workflows
Analysing and interpret customer data to provide actionable insights that inform campaign decisions
Sharing key findings and recommendations with stakeholders across the organisation to support effective decision making
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives
Championing marketing best practices, ensuring all campaigns meet high standards of quality and effectiveness
We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of technical expertise, curiosity, and collaboration. You’ll be confident working with data and stakeholders and motivated to turn insight into meaningful action. You’ll have significant Adobe Campaign experience and be able to analyse business needs and turn them into effective, data-driven solutions.
You’ll need:
Adobe Campaign experience, with a good understanding of the wider Adobe Technology stack
strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations
Good working knowledge of SQL and experience using data analysis/reporting tools
Confident working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Understanding of data across financial services
Understanding of digital across business landscape
