We have designed our apprenticeship programmes to give opportunities to people from a variety of backgrounds, interests and experiences. We have a mixture of generalist and specialist programmes all of which support you learning on the job, understanding our business and how everything we do supports our customers.
All our programmes have a rotational element to give you exposure to as much of the business as possible, as we believe that this really helps to expand your knowledge and experience to enable you to build your career with us.
Connecting our Future is a 2-year programme – the first year is split into three four-month placements designed to develop your understanding of our customers. This might be face to face in our Branch Network, within our Customer Contact Centre, Financial Advice teams or our Administration team.
The second year is made up of two six-month placements – chosen by you and designed to show you how our teams connect with each other to deliver outstanding customer experiences and, ultimately, discover your career path passion.
Throughout the duration of the programme you will have opportunities to support ongoing projects and events across the society, all this whilst completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship to support your learning and development.
